Carrots App

Carrots Pro is a dynamic rewards platform designed to incentivize consumers to engage with and promote merchants' social media content in exchange for rewards, creating a symbiotic relationship that empowers everyday consumers. As part of the team, I collaborated with a software developer and a copywriter to bring the app to life, primarily focusing on the design of the app’s branding, user interface, and user experience. Working with the team, I created the initial logo and visual identity, which was deliberately minimal but strong enough to convey the platform's purpose in an approachable and engaging way for this first demo version.

Requirements & Result

The project required a cohesive visual identity and an intuitive user experience that would resonate with both consumers and merchants. To build this foundation, I worked closely with the team to define the content strategy, creating user personas, empathy maps, mood boards, and sitemaps. I then designed mid-fidelity wireframes to visualize basic interactions, followed by a high-fidelity prototype in Figma that focused on simplicity, ease of use, and a smooth user journey. The resulting prototype successfully demonstrated the potential of the platform, providing the team with a fully functional demo to present to potential partners and laying a solid foundation for future development.
