About Me
Hi, I'm Paniz Adiban. I’m a designer and creative strategist with over five years of experience building user-centered digital experiences and cohesive brand systems. As a graduate of the YSDN design program, I am a firm believer in the power of design to drive positive change, with a particular passion for accessibility. By combining research, strategy, and visual storytelling, I focus on turning complex, messy ideas into clean, intuitive designs that don't just look good, but actually work for people and help brands grow.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually decorating my apartment, expanding my Smiski collection, or flipping through a murder mystery. I also recently stumbled into running and somehow talked myself into completing a first half marathon. Whether I’m training for a race, rearranging a room, or trying to guess the killer in a book, I’m always chasing that feeling of learning something new and solving a fresh creative challenge.

How I work

1. groundwork
Context & Objectives
Every project begins by discovering the "why." My team and I partner closely with clients to uncover their core goals, target audiences, and the challenges they are trying to solve. By unpacking constraints and asking the right questions early on, we establish a solid foundation before any layout or visual work begins.

2. blueprint
Strategy & Brainstorming
Once the objectives are clear, I work with my team to position brands and translate big-picture ideas into a concrete creative direction. I map out user journeys, build mood boards, and run brainstorming sessions to align with the client. This phase is all about turning abstract goals into a strategic roadmap that everyone agrees with.

3. sandbox
Design & Iteration
With a strategy locked in, I move into the execution, drafting, and refining phase. I map out user-focused layouts and build comprehensive brand systems with fresh visual assets. Design is treated as a collaborative experience where I translate ideas into drafts, gather honest feedback, and revise until the final visuals feel intuitive.

4. launch
Outcome & Hand-Off
The final step is delivering a polished, high-impact system that is built to scale. I make sure to hand over clean, organized assets and user-friendly templates so that client teams can easily maintain the brand's integrity on their own. The ultimate goal is always a cohesive, accessible digital presence that doesn't just look good, but actually works for people.
